Note that this article refers to a proposal build, not a completed or even confirmed project. As such, commentary and suggestions are particularly welcomed.

The Extropia Shopping Plaza is a small collection of properties for lease in South-Eastern Extropia, just off the Tycho Peninsula. Its proposed site will cover approximately 5,500 sqm along the Eastern boundary of Extropia City, overlooking the Dirac Sea at Future Current.

Facilities

Within the overall ground plan of this site will be five distinct sub-plots.

Three of these will be standard shop properties for rent, with 361sqm per site (approximately 180 prims each, unconfirmed figure). These properties lie on the Southernmost boundary of the Plaza site, looking out across the Extropia Docks to Technohenge.

In the centre of the plaza will be a marketplace, with a distinctly-designed arrangement of stalls offering small businesses the chance to set 40 prims or so out on their patches, similar to the myPods arrangement for housing.

The final plot may either be a reflection of the 361 sqm sites or one larger complex, either a mall containing small shops or a venue appropriate for a large-scale designer to settle in. his property will have its entrance to the West and shall look North and East, to Neovenice and the ocean.

Running alongside this to the astern seafront will be a promenade with café seating and boat launches to the islands of Future Current. It is hoped that this and the central plaza with its marketplace will foster a metropolitan hangout atmosphere.
